Privacy policy

Office AI Shortcuts is designed to ask for as little information as possible. Forms should only request the details needed to respond or send a requested resource.

Information you may submit

If you use the contact form, we may receive your name, email address, and message. If you use a free-resource form, we may receive your email address. Do not submit confidential company data, customer details, payroll information, contracts, legal details, medical details, or internal files.

Email delivery

Form submissions are sent through Resend so we can receive the message and, when requested, send the cheat sheet to your inbox. We do not currently run a recurring newsletter. If we add ongoing email updates later, each message will include unsubscribe instructions and required sender information.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page views, and traffic sources. Analytics should not be used to collect confidential work information.

Partner links

If you click a tool or partner link, that third party's privacy policy and terms apply. Read those terms before creating an account, buying, or uploading work information.

For privacy questions, use the contact page. Do not include sensitive information in the message.
