We use official product pages, public documentation, pricing pages, provider terms, and hands-on testing when available. Prices, plans, and features can change, so verify details on the official tool site before buying.

Affiliate rule

Commissions should not decide a recommendation. If a page includes affiliate or referral links, it should say so clearly and keep the recommendation based on practical fit for office work.

Safety limits

We do not recommend uploading sensitive customer, employee, payroll, contract, medical, legal, or internal files into a tool without reviewing your company's policy and the provider's policy first.
